Accurate listings
Vendors must provide accurate product names, descriptions, images, prices, stock information and other material details. Misleading listings, counterfeit products and prohibited goods are not permitted.
Food quality and safety
Vendors are responsible for supplying products that meet applicable quality, hygiene, packaging, labelling and safety requirements. Expired, contaminated or unsafe products must never be supplied.
Orders and fulfilment
Orders should be accepted or rejected promptly and fulfilled according to the status workflow.
Customer information
Customer names, phone numbers, addresses and order details must be used only as necessary to fulfil Food Baskket orders.
Payments and fees
Vendor settlements, commissions and applicable platform charges follow the rates and payment configuration shown in the vendor/admin system. Vendors must not bypass platform payment controls for marketplace orders.
Enforcement
Food Baskket may review listings and suspend or remove vendor access for fraud, unsafe products, repeated fulfilment failures or serious policy violations.
